That looks like a Cymbidium finlaysonianum to me. Very pretty!

somebody has an idea how to multiply this orchid, gives flowers every year, i pulled of some side shoot last year and replanted them on the same stump of dead wood approximatively 2 inches from the old plant, they died within 3 months , any solution ????

Never attempt to multiply by taking new seasons growth/shoots. Take a group of 2-3 pbulbs with the new growth and keep them humid. Thats the way to do it I have increased my collection by 3 times its original size using that method. If you take a single shoot, there is no starch/food reserve for it to feed off until it can support itself. Thats why you take the few pbulbs with it. Also, your chances are better if you pot into a pot of bark for the first 12-16 months, this enables the roots to grow undisterbed and sheltered. Then attach it when it has a good root system.
