Love your sundew and pitcher plants, they look like plants from a different world. Thanks for sharing!

I keep forgetting to come back and post on this! These *totally* work! I've not seen a f.gnat in a week at least - except ON the sundew! Oh, and I have not been suplementing their food!

    Thanks for the suggestions!

That's a cool sundew! I've never seen them with oblong leaves like that; I've only seen the ones with round ends. Great to know they're really working!

I'm so glad they are really doing their job and it is fun to watch them. Is the sundew very sticky if you touched it?

Well, I certainly like watching the little nasty bugs die on them!
    Cruel, I know...
Um, let's see - its a little gooey - but if you get some on your finger tips and rub them together, it is absorbed and leaves no sticky residue. Sort of sticky like very diluted hand soap, or something.

I can't really tell what the pitcher plant is doing, but it is cool looking. Boy, it sure drinks a lot though!

Look inside the "pitchers" and see if you can see any dead bodies. I thought you had to fill them up with water but not absolutely sure about that.

They are pretty small and it is hard to get a look in there since they are very hooded. I tried to get a look, but couldn't see more than a centimeter down- no bugs that I could see.

The instructions just said, full sun, sit in a dish of water (distilled.)
