    ohhh goddoiiii sorry for the gender mix up Mr.Amey....i'm so ashamed..............i saw a Portia and Porcia being 2 different hybrids....yes i do think its a Portia...thanx for the help...sorry again Sir.

    Oh don't worry, you don't have to say sorry and definitely not call me a sir hehe ! It happens all the time my Indian name sounds like the western name Amy which is very typical for girls, so it is expected, thats why Bruce had a gender sign made up for our profile LOL !

    I don't think it is a Portia, Portia is Bowringiana x labiata, and due to the labiata influence, the flowers are a bit larger and bigger wider labellums and are also held differently, they will be more like forming a bunch, not like in this case where they have a sequential position one after the other. Thats why I think it is a Porcia or related hybrid.

    I'm going with King Kjeldz, it looks like C. bowringiana to me and this is the right time of year for it to be blooming also.
