Default Is it time to repot Oncidium?

Purchased in October. West exposure since. Has a new 2" psuedopod.

Should I repot it now or do I wait? Same pot or larger?

It looks healthy and it looks like there is enough room to wait a year before repotting

I would also wait, that said can't really see what the mix looks like. If it isn't broken down the plant looks fine as is.

The best time is in spring season; when the temperature is warmer and the plant is putting on some new growth. I have used ‘fir bark’ mix as a medium and a small pot for my Oncidium.
