    What happens if you Don't divide? 2 new areas of growth on both sides of my plant are doing well and growing lots of new roots...

    You can just grow it into a larger specimen.

    Does it need re-potting?

    the plant will continue to grow larger over time, and will develop more new leads, so your 2 growing leads could be 3 or 4 next year if you let the plant keep going. i only divide when i have to. i only re-pot when i have to.

    I put it in a larger pot when I noticed some of the roots surfacing looked 'knotted up' I was like hmm... How do u post pics from mobile device?
