I see that you have a Strelitzia reginae (Bird of Paradise) blooming so your place must be cooler than the lowlands. The plant in the first picture is Espiscia cupreata 'Frosty' or by its common name of Silver Leaf Flame Violet. There are a few varieties of Episcia cupreata with different coloured leaves and flowers.
hello Yew Sung, thank you so much for giving me the name of the plant, i wont call it weeds anymore, it suddenly grew on the grammatophulum speciosum i bought. it's cute though, little red flowers. regarding the birds of paradise, it blooms though its not cool here. when i bought it i searched for it over the net, it loves warm temps just like here.

here is a euanthe sanderiana i bought two years ago. it has grown big, i hope it blooms..
i also have a gatton sunray, well i will bring it to the office and place it under the aircon vent, i believe this needs dry and cool temps to induce flowering. there's a clump of vanda lamellata and a young rynchostylis gigantea
