try not to include too much of the pulp fiber into the flask next time. a few gentle scrape will do.
and as Bruce said it, don't give up!! i too failed with a couple of tries with DIY media. currently switching to commercial flasking media and also sowing with dry seed. had a couple of contaminated flask but got a few uncontaminated.
but yet,........still waiting for my first score.

    keep trying and good luck

It is not contaminate, i culture it on 10th july, some seed die some still alive but no green colour(probably), the culture look like malnutrition. I dark culture the seed for 3 week. I used coconut, banana, potato, fertilizer, vitB and BAP to make this agar. It come out something look like shoot(shown in picture, the blue circle).

As Bruce said it, don't give up. I will try next time, maybe put more ingredient to make the agar more nutrient or make the dark period shortened? Any suggest?

6-Benzylaminopurine is BAP, is a plant growth hormone. Dark period is culture the orchid seed in totally darkness. I saw from internet it can help seed to germinate.

It has been many years since I worked with plant tissue culture, but it looks to me like a case of too much BAP, or excess/imbalanced nutrients in the media. I'd cut back on the BAP and fertilizer.
