Normally i get 1 or exceptionally 2 new growths.
This year restarted my grow room(HPS set up) & this has reall kicked my RRJ into a real frenzy.

    6 new growths
They do not seem to like repotting so i haven't for 5 years , will have to soon.

That's going to be very impressive if it blooms on all those growths. Whatever you're doing, don't stop.

Well bit the bullet & repotted today , some of the new growths where outside the pot & the new roots where in fresh air.
Had to remove a couple of old pseudo bulbs to get it to sit in the pot , not ideal but better than aerial roots.

sometimes old bulbs can sprout a new growth if you pot them up.
