Default Identification of this phal orchid please

I have got this phal that has a very long flower spike that is just about finishing blooming, there is one flower left on it and it is the phal that I hand pollinated, so there is the other flower bud too, but looking at it yesterday to my surprise I saw what I hope is a kiki but I do not know cause I have never seen one, I checked it out on the internet but I still cannot see one like mine, please help me here, thank you

It looks to me like a branch on the spike. A keiki would have leaves by now.
