Well, your plant/flower do look like dendrobium kratense. Where did you find that info? And where did you get this plant? It is endemic to Southeast Asia (Thailand and all the way to Taiwan).
I found picture on the book "a field guide to the wild orchids of thailand 4th edition".
Here is the description from book
Dendrobium kratense Kerr
Size 1 cm
Flowering Period : October
Characteristics : Sepals and petals white, lip greenlish white with grass green veins.
