Default Like christmas when my phal orchids open

i bought 4 phal orchids from my local nursery -- each all had bare flower spikes on them so i have no idea as to the colour of them only the leaf colour gives me a small clue i did as suggested and trimmed them back and all have rebloomed or grown new spikes for me only 1 has fully opened and 1 is a day or 2 off opening its like christmas seeing them gradually opening

i feel like tearing the paper off to see what the colour is inside but i resist here is the first one to flower for me. in the middle of winter mind you silly phals

That is quite lovely! Just the right amount of edge markings to be perfect!

I agree it is always an exciting time when they are opening!

That's stunning! And, yes, silly Phals usually do bloom in late winter/early spring. The cooler weather (even in the house) initiates blooming. One reason I love them!
