Default What orchid will suite my needs?

I am setting up an arboreal tarantula cage and am going to use a few live plants in it. I'd like an orchid in the mix but it will need to be able to with stand the conditions of the cage. Moderate to high humidity, room temp, low light, relatively small with sturdy stems/leaves.

I have a dendrobium kingianum, would it be ok in there? Thanks for any advice

I'll let the others respond to this one - not my speciality - but I do want to insist you post pics! We haven't had a good tarantula thread for some time.

It will probably we awhile before I get this project finished, right now the tarantula is too small to put in the 10 gallon aquarium I am using. I most likely will be the end of the summer before I can move her.

I do have pictures though. they aren't very good, she hard to photograph.

    D. kingianum will not like being grown this way. They need winter cool in order to bloom and tend to not fair well under super high humidity.

Maybe try sediera japonica or a miniature phal in there? What about an aerangis, mysticidium or something similar?

I never thought about a mini phal, I wonder if I can find a super tiny one. I should probably clarify that I'm not expecting any orchid I use to bloom or even grow well, as long it stays alive I will be happy. This particular type of spider extensively webs their enclosure so I most likely won't be able to see it anyways, I just need something sturdy.

A jewel orchid might work, my grandma has one I can get a start off of. I'll look into their care.
