So my 11 orchids had to move out. It was way past time as they stayed in all winter, eating up all the food and being lazy in front of the window. Time to go to work and put out those bloom stems. The weather the next week is 75-82F as the high and 50-64F as the low. The air has a nice spring balmy feel to it. 9 of the 11 were rescues and I have no idea of the bloom color, kinda fun to wait and see-

I hope they spike soon. I love rescue phals too especially when I don't know the color. My first rescue phal just bloomed and I was pleased with the color. I have two more that I am trying to revive enough to even think about blooming next season.

Some cool weather and let them run way dry...they will throw spikes in no time. I am with you on rescues, seeing them flower for the first time is a total kick! Good luck, can't wait to see them in bloom.
