If it truly is mineral buildup, pouring water through it isn't going to do much - besides, you should be doing that at every watering. The proper way to water in semi-hydroponic culture is to flood the pot with very dilute fertilizer at every watering, and never just "top up" the reservoir, as that accelerates the buildup.
At this point, I'd replace the medium with fresh LECA, as those pellets are likely saturated.
My always unpopular suggestion in a case like this, is dump it, and go and buy a new living plant. But perhaps you are a masochist ?
