    Default Yellow Panda!

That would be Onc. Sharry Baby 'Yellow Panda'. Great orchid!

Enjoy the chocolate scent for me

    Default Pat...

    Pat,

I'm not sure who the grower is, but I've seen these all over the big box stores. At first, I thought they were Sweet Sugars or Gower Ramseys...but on closer inspection *sniff* there it was...Sharry Baby!

I'll have to look for them! I may have mistaken them as Onc. Gower Ramsey, like you said

Now that you mention it.....Sweet Sugar and Gower Ramsey are SO close. Do you have any characteristics to look for to tell those two apart?

Hi there. Though I don't venture into hybrids that much I am curious on what the yellow form looks like. I know that there is a cream/ yellow lipped form which we have at my work that is named "Taida", is this what is named as a yellow?? would love to see a photo of this if anyone is growing it.
    Cheers

If you get time, please post a pic of your orchid. Would love to see it. My Sharry Baby is a maroon and white and the scent is glorious.

No worries, I will post a photo of it tomorrow. Very nice flower by the way, they are lovely. We have huge plants of these at work and when massed they really look sensational and of course...the perfume!!! WOW!
