I have to repot now anyway, the bark is totally starting to break down. So you suggest that I just keep it in the same kind of mix? I was jsut hoping to give a better life by not letting it dry out so much.

    Thanks,
    Martha

Oh yeah, forgot to say, I have this plant, Martha, my very very first Phrag! St. Peter, no? I love love love this plant! Love it! Can you tell I love it?! Just went out of bloom for me after going strong since Feb. At any rate, I have it in bark/char/perlite mix and I water every other day consistently. I noticed during the summer, when it was in bloom, if I waited three days, the bloom and leaves looked droopy, so I upped it to every other day and don't have that problem any longer. In the late winter/spring tho, I watered only once a week, or twice every 9 days. It is in plastic, BTW. Of course your conditions will be different, but that's my story and I'm sticking to it!
