    I use lemon juice, cleans really well and gives a nice shine. I'm sure the spider mites don't like it as a bonus!!

    I would think the milk would get stinky... and if I use water to rinse it off... I get more water spots! It's a losing battle, which is why I just wipe the leaves with a damp paper towel when I notice deposits/dust/spots.
