    Hi all,
    I picked this up at my locally and it came w/o a tag. Can anyone tell me what it is so I can provide the care.

    Hi lilricky, What you have is a beautiful Phragmipedium. This is a hybrid. The species that these plants are bred from come from South America. In particular, in the background of this hybrid is a species called Phramipedium bessae which gives it the red colour of the flower.

    Ischel has given the culture page, so have a read and if there is anything else you need to know, ask away. A couple of the regulars here also grow Phrags.
