Lc. Blue Madonna of Poland
I had a comment on a previous post about what wonderful friends I have. I must agree. One of them has a tragedy going on and is selling some of his best plants for a song. I was lucky and got my hands on what he was calling the 3 sisters. They are Laelia Purpurata crossed with Walkeriana, and of course they are Coeruela. My favorite sits next to me and looks the most like Purpurata....
I also kept a piece of one other...
The third, which looks more like the Walkeriana, went to a friend....
Thanks for looking
Connie

Blue Madonna of Poland, eh? (That makes me want to do a funny picture with Photoshop)
Anyway, that is a lovely flower, Connie. I can see both of the parents there...

What lovely beauties, Connie. I hope things work out for your friend. I'm sure he's glad some of his treasures are in capable hands.

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .
