Mini Catts recommendations needed
I am looking for some nice mini catts to grow in a south window. Would anyone like to chime in with their favorites? I'm not partial to one color or another, just would like a vigorus few.
Thanks

have you considered the Rupicolous Laelias ?? They are small and make a very nice collection.

I have a Sc. Beaufort and several other members have crosses of Beaufort. It is a small or compact plant, very hardy and whereas most other small catt's have just croaked on me; this wonderful little thing just thrives no matter what mistakes I make. It has lovely bright yellow petals with a splash of red on the lip. The amount of red on the lip changes with the seasons.
Good Luck
Connie

Thanks Ron, looks interesting.
Thanks Connie.
Come on people, I thought I'd get more input! I know there are mini catt growers out there. Shine a little light on me!

Well, here are a few to take a look at: Slc. Barefoot Mailman, Otr Island Flare, Slc Precious Beauty, Slc. Ken Dream 'Moonlight Lady', SC Crystelle Smity, and a cross still unnamed Slc. rajah's Ruby x Lc Mini Purple. That is a good variety to get you started. A yellow, couple of pink/purples, a wonderful orange, etc...
Cheers,
BD

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .
