Yes, I think you're right. Odontocidium Catatante.

Is there a way to correct the title of this thread?
It should read Brassia + Odontocicium instead of Miltonidium

Awesome! I just bought a NOID "Oncidium" at a box store on sale for $10.... turns out it is exactly like the Odontocidium Catatante and now it has an id!! I need to get a quick picture of this beauty before my husband takes off on a trip with the camera! I sure like finding names for my orchids, now I can figure out how best to care for it. I'm afraid I'm collecting Oncidiums, Odontoglossums and various crosses along that line. I love the rich colors and the interesting shapes of the flowers. I've been able to keep them alive now for a while, but I need to get them to thrive and to bloom well. I'm headed towards S/H as I find appropriate pots or containers. I figure I'll do a few and see how they go before I get TOO carried away. My dear husband told me that he likes orchids and would rather I spent money on them than shoes that don't quite fit right.... that he can enjoy the flowers too and I don't ever wear the shoes!

The 1st one is a Brassada, I think. Maybe one of the clones of Brassada Mivada.
