My memory of Paph Lalita I had 15 years ago is a sturdy little weed that stood out as easy among the other Brachy Paphs I had. There's nothing about it that makes it a challenging plant as far as I know. Perhaps the grower is admitting he bred with inferior weak growing parents.
If you are successful with Paph delenatii don't hesitate to try Magic Lantern and treat it just the same. If it doesn't respond you may have a plant that wants a bit of a cooler drier winter rest, but many Magic Lanterns are easy growers without the challenges of the micranthum parent. Try to find Magic Lantern with delenatii as the pod parent if you can.
Ultimately, the only way to know how a particular plant will respond in your environment is to try, as long as it doesn't have needs that are clearly beyond your ability to provide. Neither Lalita nor Magic Lantern would automatically fall in that category if you are successful with other plants.
