    Gosh, he would have been my "neighbor"! lol Though I live south and west, where it is REALLY dry and hotter and colder depending on the season. My grandparents must have settled in Seattle about that time and my father, to this day, lives within 30 miles of where his grandparents lived.

    Orchid related: He's the one that really got me interested in plants from the time I was a kid, he's got a degree in Botany and my parents had orchids when I was a teenager. Easier in Seattle!
