Default Help identify Bulbophyllum sp.

Hi there,
I've bougth this spring an orchid labeled as Bulbophyllum sp. Vietnam.
This summer the plant had blooms in August.
Checking with the orchidspecies database I've see that the flower is completely different.
Someone can help me to find the right species of this genera ?
Thanks in advance

Hi there, thank you to all.

X Jim it appears to be the Bulbophyllum thaiorum (same shape) but colour is completely different could depend to the growing method??? Or is probably an unidentified natural hybrid?

X Bench72
Thank you, it's a very lovely colour.
I don't believe it's a Cirrhopetalum but a Bulbophyllum.

X Diane
Thank you, it is.

Ciao

I agree with Jim Cootes, this is Bulbophyllum thaiorum (now more properly known as Cirrhopetalum thaiorum)... in species, there is a wide range of variability, both in color and form. Colors of a flower are not the ultimate criteria for differing species, but can fall into the Subspecific category... Bulbophyllum (including all segregate genera), as I see, is well known to display a wide range of variability, especially the same species originating from different areas...

Very nice flower though, these are interesting!
