Which Phal. accidently fell into my shopping cart??
Again I couldn't resist the orchid sale at a local supermarket... Shame on them, selling orchids! How are we supposed to afford food when orchids are on display just inside the door?!
Well - for all I know it's a phal... and I'm guessing that there's some manii in it. Way back anyways.. I know those supermarket orchids are almost impossible to put a name on, but I hope someone can help

I can usually find a half dead pansey and sometimes it looks better than the lettuce. Lucky You, Christian

I just googled it, and I think sepals are a bit to "roundish" (read: wide..) compared to the noid.. Any other sugestions??

Thank you very much , I was suprised to see a phal. like this.. Usually it's just those hyper-hybrids that all look alike..
Though there is one chain of large supermarkets here in Denmark that sell a good variety of plants! Sometimes they have catts. and paphs. even some primary croses if you're very lucky Don''t live close to one of those unfortunately...
But maybe it's better that way - my girlfriend is kinda worried about the very limited space left in our windowsills (none), so I'm currently banned from buying orchids.
The "one in - one out"-rule has been veto'ed ...

Hi Christian,
While it has aspects of cornu and manii, the colors don't look saturated enough to me. I think it's definitely a hybrid. Strong species characterisitics, but the colors would be more vibrant.

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .
