    Default vandaceous beauty

    Here's my first earned blooms on my Longiscott (sp?) Love this guy. That's Melba in the background. She looks after my orchids when I'm away.

    Congrat's, those are very pretty. It's hard to know when you buy a plant not in bloom if it will ever give you flowers. Looks like this one is rewarding you nicely.

    i know what you mean. if she were made of plastic instead of being crocheted, she might look like something entirely shocking. melba came with the house. i just couldn't throw her to the curb.

    Melba scares me, I think that the possibility of waking up one night to find her standing over me would be enough for me to kick her to the curb! Sorry, but I'm with Richard.... shiver....
