You could always stake the plant up. It looks very healthy in any case!

I had one that grew that way. I replanted it, burying some of the roots and then staked it up.

Thanx....my hubby is with those of you who would stake up the leaners. I love them though, they look like they are soaring high, some look like butterflies with their big beautiful curved leaves. So, I leave mine to lean....I may not even support the smaller spikes of flowers, they are so pretty hanging naturally with a lovely curve.

Looks very healthy -- despite its INCLINations. I have some leaners too and for the most part, I just let them do their thing.

Some phals really are determined to grow that way. It is their tree-hugging genes kicking in.

    Hi Katie,
That plant is still leaning its own way. I am thinking of setting it up on a slat basket on its side where it would not be causing any mischief.

I agree, it's in their genes. They are used to being that way AND the part I love is that it keeps water from pooling in their crowns. There is usually one leaf that drains it off, right into the middle of the floor in the entryway. lol But better on the floor than rotting the crown.

Most of my phals end up leaning this way, I quite like the way they look relaxed and happy, just chilling out.
