I'm confused, or, rather one of my dendrobiums is.
Several months ago, a NOID dendrobium of mine began putting out what I thought was a flower stalk. Soon, I noticed aerial roots. so I thought it was a keiki.
The 'keiki' bloomed, but did not grow any leaves. The aerial roots are now 2" or so long.
What should I do? Treat it as a keiki and pot it separately? Or, treat it as a flower stalk amd cut it off?
Thanks in advance for any help anyone can provide!
just leave it for now.Sometimes a keikei starts like this and will come away the next growing season.
