Default What Group is this Den?

I just got this Den NOID at a Big Box store...on the way to the dumpster for $3.00. Good buy or not, I couldn't let it go...like going to the grocery store hungry.....bad idea! Anyway, this is my 1st Den and I haven't a clue as to which subgroup it might belong. I have read that because of the diversity of this genus the cultural needs vary greatly. So if it is possible from the included pics to guide me as to its care, I would be very appreciative.

Thanks. I know it is most likely a hybred and that it might be phalaenanthe and spatulata.
