Some of you folks may actually have this plant or one of its relatives. Cute lil flowers though very short lived.

That is cute. I don't know what it is. The photo is very nice of it though.
Cheers,

We could learn a lot from crayons: some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, some have weird names, and all are different colors....but they all exist very nicely in the same box. ...Hmmm? .

Not like any columbine I've seen. Can we see aphoto of the whole plant? The leaf may be a big clue.

No not a columbine nor a geranium -- this is a MUCH smaller plant all together. The leaf in the pic does not belong to the plant btw.
Show a pic of the plant or its leaf, Cindi? But that would give it away! Where would the challenge be? I do know that there is at least one member on this forum who should be able to at least guess the genus.
Shall the guessing continue?

Given up already? Say it isn't so!
Members of this genus can be very useful plants to have around in your terrarium or greenhouse. Some are found as far north as the Arctic Circle and south to the southern tip of Africa (if I'm recalling correctly) This particular specimen, like many of its kin, is quite small -- only a few inches in diameter.
