Not an Orchid..

    Not sure of the name of this plant...some kinda lilly I think...sure did show off this year...worm tea and superthrive...and some orchid food call MSU I bought on line.

    Thank you WW for the ID. Stargazer Lilly...it has a very nice fragrance...believe the orchid food from MSU and the superthrive gave it a punch in the flower department. It never hurts being a MAD scientist either... Dan

    I used to grow these, but the red lily beetles finished them off. They have a powerful scent. Not one to have around if you suffer from hayfever !

    Yes, large pollen count....my little 7.0 pixel pictures do not show the ture vivd texture and colors. You can see the large pollen collectors messy if you play with them. I do like dirt plants with nice flowers... but my sights are set on another cattleya...H-Minus 2-Panther
