I have discovered 3 new species from our country, I'm still waiting for the taxonomist to examine and describe the plants. I have them at home and have not yet given to them, I'm still waiting those plants to bloom and later I will send the plant examples to them.
Hoyas and Dischidias are one of my Philippine Forest Crown Jewels.
This Hoya is similar to Hoya incrassata Warburg 1904 (syn. Hoya crassicaulis Elmer ex Kloppenburg 1995 and Hoya bicolor Kloppenburg 2003), flowers are smaller and pure yellow, leaves are yellow green but when exposed to full sunlight it turns into pure yellow. Fragrance like fresh squeezed lemon and slight spicy.
This Hoya is very closed to Hoya carnosa R. Brown 1810 but it has larger flowers and oblongate leaves compared to Hoya carnosa which has pointed leaves.
This Hoya is small and similar to Hoya bilobata Schlechter 1906 but differs to leaves which has white markings (white splash) although when I did collect this plant I haven't seen the flowers.
