    Smile My new orchid tree...

Well, due to a whole lot of interesting things happening I am moving soon. This tree is in the new backyard...and I'm guessing we all know what is going to happen to this tree soon. This will be the orchid corner for awhile...until I can figure out something new. So, if I miss commenting on your orchids, or if i miss your question; please be patient...i'll be popping in and lurking when I can. But, as of today I must start packing or i'll never get it done. lol This is one corner of the backyard...when we get moved in i'll have to update and show it filled with orchids. I'm up to about 120+ plants now...i'm guessing they'll be hanging from the fence and all around the patio, too.

Wow a corner to die for !! The oddly shaped horizontal branch is going to be a sight to behold once it is loaded with your orchids ! The cycas is also nice.

Connie, that is going to be amazing; an orchid paradise!! Good luck with the move. Packing is such a pain - but unpacking - that is the real problem. We moved here about 16 years ago and we still have boxes in the storage room that have not been unpacked. LOL.

    Cheers,
    BD

I knew everyone would agree about the long branch...it's what came to mind the first time I saw it. When its loaded up i'll update this post...lol...give me a few months though. I'm guessing BD is right about the boxes. I still have stuff in boxes from when we moved down from Michigan. Thankfully this time I get a moving company to help.

Good luck with the move Connie, it is such a nasty job. Are you staying in the same area?
    Love your corner.

Yeah, that's the problem with moving....you never quite get un-moved! A company can help though, I used a few different companies with my military moves- the fact that some of them unpack boxes and reassemble furniture is awesome.

Anywho, that tree is interestingly shaped. I think it'll make an awesome orchid space. Good luck moving!
