    Default ID this flower/tree?

I took this picture from a tree in a conservatory that didn't have a tag. These flowers remind me of a tree from when I was a kid that has since been cut down. I have no clue how to begin to find out the name. Look familar to anyone?

It is a Mimosa Tree (Albizia julibrissin). The make large bean seeds and come up all over the place if a tree is within a mile. LOL

    Cheers,

Lovely when in bloom but be sure to keep your car away from it. The blooms can really do a job on your paint.

A Pink Powder Puff Tree (Calliandra schultzei), a legume, medium sized flowering tree.

    A beautiful ornamental tree.

Does anyone recall if the flowers have scent? The one in the picture didn't but the one from when I was growing up had a sweet floral smell to it.
