Default A plant without a name

Does anyone know what kind of plant this is because i have no idead and how am i supposed to care for it???. I got it about a 6 weeks ago from my sister who had it and almost killed it, when i got it everything looked dead and dry except for one little leaf that was coming out. Now that leaf got bigger and green and its been there ever since and now about 10 days ago i started noticing some new growth and now i know its more leaves coming out. There is at least 10 new leaves growing and they seem to grow fast. Any info would be welcome =)

It's a cyclamen. They can be difficult to keep indoors. Typically they like cool locations so a drafty windowsill can be beneficial. If I recall correctly, bright indirect light is good.

Thanks pavel, it gets bright light and the temperature its about 72-75 degrees most of the day except at night that the temperature drops to 65 degrees. So far its doing great and growing new leaves, i thought it was a goner since it only had one leaf when i got it.

Yes, Cyclamen, as Paul said. Don't let it dry out too much and avoid direct sunlight.

Ours kept dying unless it got to dry all the way out. We had one before that liked a lot of water though. LOL I'm no help!
