In the jungle sometime you cannot ran away from the blood sucking creatures not only mosquitoes and leeches but this huge insect similar like fly they really love to get free protein from you very itchy and irritating.I really hate it but no choice otherwise no chance to see wonderful orchids in the jungles.

This is very rare species of orchids sometimes very difficult to recognize in the jungles as the plant itself has no feature of orchids at all, the flowers very small and white. One of the botanist from Japan looking of this plant for their research unfortunately when he came here we couldn't found even one.

I always love to see wild plants in their natural environment and growing freely. I love my orchids at home of course but I am a naturist in the sense that I believe nature belongs to and in nature.

Zainal, it's an Apostasia, a terrestrial orchid, native also to Malaysia? Do you have pictures of the flowers?
