    Just to share with you this interesting seedling growing on the bird nest roots I'm using as a medium for Rhyncostylis retusa it's looked to me like a seedlings of Phalaenopsis may be to early to say may be another one month time it will tell us the outcome.

    Did they just find their way there or did you put them there?

    Wow, I am surprised that it can germinate there without the necessary mycorrhizal fungus. I can't wait to see what it turns out to be but I think that it does look -at this stage anyway, to be a Phal. Great find Zainal!

    I think most probably they parked themselves there as far as I'm concern I never deflasked for the past 2 years thanks Sam.

    Thanks Susie I will update from time to time, I hope I don't miss to spraying water everyday at this stage water so important for the growing of this young seedling, in my area especially Mango branch I can see a lots of young seedling of Dendrobium crumenatum that is a good sign maybe the return of mycorrhizal fungus.
