Hi Everyone,
At our cadaver ceremony today in medical school ( a memorial service where we honor our cadavers for their donation) we were all given a tulip bulb to plant as a reminder that from death life renews again for the next generation.
I am really trying to keep my bulb alive out of respect for my cadaver. I am going to use a large pot instead of planting in the ground so I can move the pot out of the rain in the rainy summers here as I read that tulips don't like to get too wet in the summer.
Anyone have any suggestions? I couldn't find tulip bulb fertilizer here so I went with a generic seed potting soil with added fertilizer.
I also pretty much have to plant the bulbs now as they are already springing up little roots.
