Default Can anyone identify this very small cute white flower??

While I was observing my flowering orchid I found this little creature in the same pot. It is very small with cute white flowers. The flowers have been open for over a week now. Is this a weed?Name: White weed - 1.jpg

Great looking ornamental, I would not be upset if this came out of one of my orchid pots.
