    Default Streptocarpus aka 'Cape Primrose'

    I love these little gesneriads. (Moreso than African violets--they can take more sun and you don't have to worry about the suckers like on violets.)
    This plant blooms year around with a short break in the winter during the darkest days...

    It is so delicate I love the violet colors. Wonder if they would grow down here?

    They are definitely house plants. Temps 60-80. They are intermediate growers. Heat kills them pretty quickly.

    I see you have it in an 'African Violet' self watering pot, so I am guessing they like it moist..
