Simply Awesome

Recipe from Hunts.
A SUPER quick great pasta dish. You pick the amounts of the ingredients.

Pasta (angel hair is great)
1 can Hunt's stewed tomatos
olive oil
balsamic vineger
fresh basil (or other herbs you like)

Boil pasta.
Heat stewed tomatos and add olive oil and balsamic vinger and herb of your choice. Serve with a salad and a bottle of wine. St. M rielsing is a good choice.
Sprinkle dish and salad at the table with fresh ground black pepper, a little salt, and grated parmesian.

So simple, quick, and SO good! We're going to add fresh mushrooms next time. Enjoy.
