    Default New sculpture

In a effort to get some pottery vertical I am working on some wall hangings. I just got this out of the kiln a couple of days ago, mounted and grouted it. What do you think. It is titled "You are Here"

Cool! That is bold. I like it! What is the color of the tile? I looks indigo. More! More!

PS I've seen your paintings, your pottery, your tiles and stepping stones, windchimes, garden sculptures...... is there any art that you can't do? You are gifted, Honey!

I know, from what little ceramics I have fooled with, that red is VERY hard to get to come out as clean as yours did!

It is only about 12"X12" and I would guess that it weighs no more than 5 LBS.

Reds have been greatly improved now it is the pinks that are the problems. This is a high fire to cone 6.

I acutally have some warped leaf dishes that I thought might make good mounting boards. What do you think
