Absolutely! I just got through treating the smallest, the tangerine tree, with a concoction yesterday because there were more aphids on the tree than leaves! I buy ladybugs and use organic pesticide with dishsoap. Kills em dead!

No need to move, Ron. Just grow them inside your house. LOL. Here is a lemon tree that I am growing in my bedroom window. Poor, sad thing that it is...

The blooms had a wonderful fragrance. I waited a day or two after the blooms opened completely and then I took my fingers and squished the blooms to pollinate the flowers. It was easy since they had so much pollen. When it warms up, I am going to take it outside. I just got it a few months ago and it has really grown well in the window. This is a Dwarf Myers Lemon. I need to trim the top since it is so tall. (see how it has bent and followed the ceiling. lol) This window does not get very good light. That is why all of my regular plants look so sad here.

    Cheers,
    BD

Cindi, you are right. They need to be kept very wet for a while, and I don't see where a little food would hurt either. But Connie, your's had better roots I think than the one's I sent Bruce a year or two ago. I'm still learning how to root the cuttings myself. If your's take hold they will probably bloom this year although the blooms will be small until the plant matures. Good luck!
