    Sigh.... Wouldn't that be the coolest! I can't wait till it arrives... Should I keep it in the greenhouse in water until spring, or can it tolerate cold?

    That's the great thing about it ...it is very HARDY !!! so go ahead and pot it ,and place in your pond(lake) . Feed it in the spring when starts growing and sit back and enjoy....you cannot keep this one from blooming !

    maybe i should try to grow one of those here....we've got a pretty big pothole/sinkhole in our small side street...

    very nice...oh, and the lotus too...
