Default Sunset on an orange evening

One evening a couple days ago, I found myself stopping at a window as I passed by. What caught my attention was the strange quality of the ambient light outside -- everything had a definite orange cast to it. It was like someone had turned on some giant sodium lamps. So I went outside and was treated to a rather nice sunset. I thought I'd share a few of the pictures I found particularly interesting.

Totally amazing, Paul. Nice photography. I love the sky during this time of the year. We had a pretty amazing sunset here today but I didn't think to take a photograph.

    Cheers,
    BD

Those are lovely sunset pictures. Reminds me of the time I was at my cousin's apartment by the sea. We were enjoying the cool evening sitting on his balcony when we saw this beautiful sunset Luckily I had my camera with me and managed to get off a few shots.Twilight lasts only a few minutes in the tropics and I had to work really fast before the light faded. Here's one of shots I managed to take.

Very romantic sunset, Paul. When we are sailing, watching the sun set is necessari, it tells us what kind of weather will be next day: when we see something like that, it's best to find a safe haven or bay as soon as possible.
Your pic of sunset Yew is very beautiful too: the look at this calm sea just calms me.
