    Oh Gin - we have another plant in common. I just adore peonies. A couple are just starting to bloom including my big red tree peony.

    That is very pretty.

    Very pretty flowers, Gin ! The first one is stunning. The lithops, well, my first attempt to grow them failed. Thanks for the pics.

    Nothing. They're dead hardy here. I rarely even get any dieback. If you do get one, plant it in partial shade. Morning sun is best. The flowers fade and die really quick otherwise.

    I can't get a split rock plant to live longer than a year and you bloom one!!! I am sooooo jealous!
