    I don't now if egrets tend to return to the same area year after year, but I typically see two around here yearly. Never seen a nest anywhere though.

    The egrets are so pretty. When they are hunting for a gecko to eat they stand perfectly still. Sometimes you can't tell the real ones from the lawn ornaments.
