Default A walk in the castle of Chambord

I hope this is the good section to post my photos.

Chambord is certainly the most original castle from the Loire valley. Built in the 16th century for the king François the First. Located in the middle of a huge wall enclosed park (the biggest in Europe, 5440ha = 21 square miles). The castle belongs to the French state. The forest domain aims to preserve biodiversity.
There is little furniture in the castle because, at the time, the king and the court were traveling from castle to castle with all their luggage and furniture. Regardless, the architecture is beautiful and amazing.
