I'm almost afraid to complain. It did get down to freezing last night in the desert and the wind was very cold. Very unusual for us in the desert. I take my dog out at 6:00 am and I was the coldest I had been in years. We are not prepared for cold weather. I lived in Ohio for 27 years and know about cold weather and I symphathize with you. Stay inside as much as you can and stay warm. We are expecting more cold weather from the storm in Texas.

Oh, man, I feel for ya'll. Lived in north Alabama for a couple of years and only made it in Indiana for 3 months. That was too much cold for me.

Snow due here tonight, but it'll just be a dusting. Gin's into it but good, I fear!

Sorry about all the bad weather. After some really mild weather here in NY it's starting to get very chilly with some possible snow flakes.

Just wondering what state So. Misery is in.

LOL. Personally I like winter & snow -- the diamond brightness of sunlight on fresh snow, curled up w/ a cup of tea or hot cocoa while fluffy flakes float on down, the blue-silver light of a full moon on snow, the hush of a wintery night as I go for a walk. Only thing I don't care for is icy roads. I think one appreciates the other seasons all the more with winter for contrast. Not to mention, having a white Xmas -- I've had plenty of green ones ... never liked them.
