    Default A Terrible Beauty

    An art exhibit I attended last month. Thought it rather cool and took quite a few pics to "inflict" on others. So here's a start -- can you tell what media the artist used?

    Actually, with one exception ... no butterflies/moths ... but yes insects -- lots of them.

    Since I actually have a LOT of pics, I'll just start with few & add other later if ya'll wish. Keep in mind that the colors are natural -- no paint jobs.

    These were used to make the diagonal lines in the blue room

    Wow, look at that leaf camo on the last guy! I was a big bug nerd in college. Don't remember so much any more. Sure, Pavel, bring it on!

    What was that creepy documentary back in the '70's. It told how insects really own this planet, not us. I think it was the Hellstrum Chronicles. Anyone remember it?

    They said there were more insects in one square mile than there were people on the earth.
